Staff Activity
At Trident, staff activity is an essential part of maintaining our community. Support members are required to help at least two members per week and have a good amount of activity within public channels to assist with answering questions and helping to resolve issues. Being an active member of the community is crucial in building relationships with members, making them feel welcome and supported, and ultimately ensuring they have a positive experience using our services.
On the other hand, Managers are required to communicate regularly within our management channels and complete tasks assigned to them. This includes things such as updating documentation, doing things in our Support Server, and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Managers are also responsible for making important decisions that impact the direction of our services and working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure everything is in order. In short, management staff play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of Trident.
We value staff activity at Trident because it helps us maintain a positive and welcoming community, while also ensuring our services are top-notch. By having support and management who are active and engaged in our community, we can better serve our members and continue to improve our services. Therefore, we encourage all our staff members to be proactive, engaged, and communicative to help make Trident the best community it can be.
