Cross Server Drama

Cross server drama refers to conflicts that arise between members of different servers within a community. This can often stem from a lack of understanding or communication between members of different servers, and can quickly escalate into an unwanted situation if not addressed properly.

Trident understands that it is important to recognize that drama between servers can have a negative impact on the overall atmosphere and morale of the community. In order to prevent cross server drama, it is important for Managers and Staff to remain impartial and neutral in their interactions with members from different servers. This includes refraining from taking sides or favoring one server over another, and avoiding engaging in conversations or discussions that could potentially lead to conflict.

Additionally, it is important to encourage open and respectful communication between members of different servers. If cross server drama occurs in our server, we have moderation tools to combat the situation and refrain from further drama occurring. It is important to review the situation before using such moderation tools, as in some cases, it can cause more problems that it would solve. Though if you do believe someone needs to be removed from the server, no matter who they are, you may remove them.

Ultimately, the key to preventing cross server drama is to foster a positive and supportive community culture where all members feel valued and respected, regardless of which server they belong to. By encouraging open communication, promoting a sense of unity and inclusivity, and holding staff and members accountable for their actions and behavior, we can create a welcoming and drama-free environment that benefits everyone.
